It is great if a company can implement a quality system on their own, but we have found that many companies either do not have the time, knowledge, or resources to implement a quality system. We at Quality Processes understand that. There are some companies that have started to document their quality system, but it got put on the back burner, so to speak.

There are many consulting companies that like to hold their client's hand throughout the life of the company…this is not cost effective for the company, and without the company being in control of their system, it is many times not as effective.

Our policy is to "train the trainer," which will make your quality system self-sufficient within the bounds of your company. This means that you will see the end of consulting costs within a reasonable amount of time.

There are also the consultants that sell "Quality Systems in a Box." This is not us. We believe that every quality system should be personalized to fit the said company.

We prefer to stay in contact with our clientele by either sending an e-mail or fax weekly or bi-weekly. This way, you can get back with us when it is convenient for you. We will give your company the documentation, tools, and training to maintain the system that is tailored to your facility.

We have the resources to implement your quality system accurately, cost effectively, and in a timely fashion. In most cases (depending on the size of your company) we can have all documentation and tools ready for certification audit within 3 months.

All of the quality systems that we implement into your company are backed up with our guarantee that you will gain certification or we will fix the non-conformances for free.
